He\ngraduated from Red River College in 2013 with a diploma in\nStructural Engineering Technology and began his career in quality\ncontrol at Armtec\, gaining experience in precast fabrication\,\nsurveying\, and project coordination. Since 2020\, he has been serving\nas Project Manager at Multicrete Precast Inc. She began her career in India in IT before moving to the Gulf\, where she gained  experience in administration and management of a private university. \nIn 2001\, she relocated to Toronto and\, alongside her husband\, she transitioned into entrepreneurship with Second Cup—earning the ‘Most Improved Café’  award in their first year and expanding into multiple retail ventures. Since moving to Winnipeg in 2015\, they have been actively involved in operating 13 McDonald’s restaurants\, driven by a shared passion for retail and working with people. \nBharti has served on the Pharmacy Board and is an active member of YPO and the Business Council of Manitoba. She values meaningful connections and is a proud mother of three\, balancing family\, leadership\, and growth. \nABSTRACT:  \n‘Choose Your Mountain’ is an invitation to take ownership of your journey with clarity and courage.
