It will discuss\ndifferent types of precast components and structural\nsystems that can be created using precast concrete\, as well\nas the aesthetic features that can be achieved through color\,\nform\, and texture. The presentation also highlights the\nversatility\, efficiency\, and resilience of precast concrete in\nvarious applications. \nKULWINDER S LAYAL- Kulwinder is a registered Professional\nEngineer with over 20 years of international experience in\nconstruction design\, estimating\, quality\, and project management\nacross cast-in-place and precast concrete industries. He holds a Civil\nEngineering degree from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College\,\nIndia\, and a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Engineering from the\nUniversity of Manitoba. Known for his problem-solving skills and\npatient approach\, he actively innovates in both professional and\npersonal pursuits and enjoys public speaking. Outside work\,\nKulwinder volunteers with charitable organizations\, spends quality\ntime with family\, and engages in his children’s recreational\nactivities.\nRENE CARRIER- Rene is a Certified Engineering Technologist\nwith a background in construction and structural engineering. With over 30 years of experience in civil engineering\, Mike has spent the past 17 years specializing in dam safety at Manitoba Hydro.
