His journey gives him practical insight into the challenges professionals face when building and advancing their careers in engineering and project management. He has extensive experience delivering $20M+ capital infrastructure\, electrical\, telecommunications\, and technology modernization projects across the public and private sectors in Asia\, Africa\, and North America. \nABSTRACT: \nThe speaker will explore practical pathways to building and advancing a career in project management\, with a focus on engineers and professionals seeking to strengthen their leadership capabilities. Topics will include PMP® exam readiness\, certification options such as CAPM®\, PMP®\, and PMI-ACP®\, eligibility requirements\, and key changes to the 2026 PMP® exam.
